iono Documentation - Kayako SupportSuite Module
Kayako SupportSuite provides a system called LoginShare which allows users who submit tickets to login using their details from another system. A module is provided with the standard distribution of SupportSuite that allows you to use the iono database. This is not a tight integration as users can alter their details in SupportSuite and they will not be updated in iono, however the use of the LoginShare system means no code changes are required.
Installation
The LoginShare module is provided with the SupportSuite download but is also included in the iono zip packages. All files are located within the modules/supportsuite/ directory of the zip package
Step 1: Configuration - LoginShare
Login to the admin panel using your administrator user (i.e. not the staff section) of your SupportSuite installation. Expand the Templates category on the left menu, click LoginShare and click on Settings next to IONO License Manager. Enter in the details for your iono database and then click on Update.
Step 2: Configuration - Templates
Different templates can use different LoginShare modules. Click Manage Templates from the Templates category on the left menu then click on Settings next to the template you wish to use the iono database for. Select IONO License Manager from the LoginShare drop menu and click Update. Installation is now completed.
