The reseller system works by the reseller creating accounts for their customers that they 'own'. They then purchase licenses (with discounts applied as necessary) and assign the purchased licenses to their clients.
The reseller system is designed for the resellers to make the purchase and then provide the details to the customer. The customer is able to login to their account as if they had purchased through the main order process not via a reseller. The Customers section of the front end lists all the customer accounts created by the reseller. The reseller can edit and activate/disable the customer account.
For a reseller to obtain their reseller discount, they must be logged in before they proceed through the order process. Once they have selected their product, license, and any extras, any discount will be calculated.
