iono Documentation - Mass Mail
iono provides you with the ability to e-mail a large nuber of your customers in one go. This can be done via the E-mail link in the Customers section sub-menu. Once on the page, you can select which group of customers you would like to contact by choosing an option from one of the drop down menus.
The options include:
- Product - Selecting one of your products from this drop down menu means that all customers that have purchased the selected product will be e-mailed
- License - Selecting one of your licenses from this drop down menu means that all customers that have purchased that license will be e-mailed
- Customer Type - The options in this drop down menu allow you to e-mail either customers who have registered but not ordered, or customers who have registered and purchased one of your products. You could use this option to send a light reminder of your products or any deals you may have to those users that have not yet ordered. Another option could be to e-mail your paying customers to see how they're getting on with your product(s).
Only one of the above options is required. The group of customers to be e-mailed will be selected depending upon which option you select
- Subject - The subject of the e-mails
- Message - The message that you would like to send to the chosen group of customers
